No, the office isn’t moving from New York.
But Susan Danaher, president of the Digital Place-based Advertising Association and her team are taking their Road Show about DPB media to agency media planners in Los Angeles the week of Aug. 20.
“It will be a busy week,” says Danaher. “We’re still putting together our schedule. One example of agencies that we are meeting is OMD which is bringing in people from all its different agencies so we can talk to them – and many of their clients – all at once.”
The DPAA has already successfully taken its Road show to New York, Boston and Chicago this year. The organization is concentrating more in 2012 on media planners and brand marketers. Last year its focus was on media buyers.
