Digital-out-of-home industry expert Aaron Higley has joined Portland-based TargetPath LLC as Senior Technology Consultant.
In his new position, Higley will be providing TargetPath clients the benefit of his 17+ years of technical and digital signage experience, including his expertise in digital-out-of-home media gained as director of Digital for Titan Outdoor since 2007.
We are told that Aaron will work from TargetPath’s new office in Atlanta. Aaron is of course, a well-known and respected veteran of the digital signage industry having worked alongside another TargetPath consultant, Lou Giacalone Jr. during the formation of Adspace Networks and the Coolsign digital media software platform.
After working with Giacalone at Coolsign, Higley worked with Lou again at Titan where he eventually succeeded Giacalone as Vice President of Titan’s digital-out-of-home media business, responsible for strategy and technology for this media powerhouse.

While at Titan, Higley initiated and deployed several of the most advanced digital-out-of-home media networks in the company’s history, including the launch of the Chicago Transit Authority’s rail and bus digital media network as well as digital networks in Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York.
