At the Chairman’s Reception Thursday night, Harry Niese, International Sign Association Chairman, left, introduced Robert Mattatall, right, as the new secretary-treasurer who will eventually inherit the role of chairman “and will be the first Canadian in a very long time in that position.” Mattatall heads Mattatall Signs Ltd., Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
