Workspace technology integrator Aura has acquired the award-winning full-service audio-visual integrator Reflex.

Aura was formed back in March 2020 through the merger of two Karlson and Intevi, with the backing of global private equity firm Baird Capital.

Alpesh Unalkat, Aura’s CEO said “I’m delighted to welcome the Reflex team into our organisation. Their specialist expertise and excellent reputation across the higher education, public sector and corporate markets further strengthens Aura’s integrated offering and capabilities, and lays the groundwork for our future growth. It’s an exciting time for the business. The pandemic has accelerated interest in hybrid working, and across all sectors there’s an increasing emphasis on strategies that connect physical and digital workspaces for better productivity, collaboration and economy – and, ultimately, profitability”.

The company now operates from eight offices in the UK, Europe and the United States, servicing 500 clients in 69 countries, with the likes of Estee Lauder, Harvey Nichols, Mizuho Bank, Societe Generale, Southampton Football Club and Expedia on their books as clients.
