Shopper, Australia’s fastest-growing retail out-of-home business, has appointed Jamie Hollebone to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer and Karissa Fletcher to Chief Marketing Officer in a move that awe are told will power the business’ focus on critical growth, effective immediately.

Ed Couche, Shopper’s CEO, told us “Shopper has been at the forefront of growth in out-of-home (OOH), achieving consistent results and firmly staking the claim that retail OOH connects with audiences when they are in a purchasing mindset. This leadership change will bring a razor-sharp focus on commercial outcomes and the continued evolution of the Shopper business to achieve our ambitious aspirations by creating a C-suite. Jamie and Karissa will join Paul Rago our Chief Financial Officer and myself to deliver additional strength to the new C-suite structure that will leverage our collective deep experience and commitment to Shopper’s success, and our drive to remain a people-first OOH media business.”

  • Over his career, Jamie has developed trusted partnerships with major agency consortiums and delivered value and efficiency in their OOH buy. Leading our sales and trading function, Jamie has developed a cohesive programmatic OOH offering, delivered greater flexibility through sophisticated trading strategies and delivered enhanced service for agencies and brands.
  • Karissa has been at the forefront of Shopper’s marketing evolution; spearheading Shopper’s customer focused coming-of-age rebrand. She is driving new data partnerships and market intelligence that delivers precision audience targeting and personalisation, and a deep understanding of Australian shopper behaviours.

Shopper’s 100% digital out-of-home advertising screens are now in more than 450 shopping centres across the country. With dynamic advertising capability, Shopper’s panels allow brands to deliver personalised messaging that reaches the right customers at the right time and in the right place.
