Greg Glenday Out At Lightbox

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

We heard this week that Greg Glenday has left his role of CEO at Lightbox so reached out to the company for comment.

A spokesman told us “Since we were acquired by Cattri in 2020, the intent was always for Greg to see us through the sale and subsequent integration of Cattri and Lightbox”.

We are told that the CEO transition was very positive and that Greg is now an advisor to the business.

We understand that Victor Cattan, CEO of Cattri, is now CEO of the integrated company. Cattri is a leading out-of-home technology company based in Mexico City and bought Lightbox backed by PC Capital, a Mexican private equity firm specialising in growth equity investments, and Altum Capital, a Mexico City-based private credit fund.

That acquisition positioned Cattri to gain entry into the U.S. market through Lightbox’s network in shopping and lifestyle centres across North America.
