4Info Raises $14 Million

4Info, a San Mateo-based developer of mobile advertising technology, has raised $14 million which it plans to use for expansion of its newly formed AdHaven division, which offers a mobile audience platform.

The money was raised in a new round from Vulcan Capital, Mitsui Global Investment and previous backers Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Gannett, Mezzanine Capital and U.S. Venture Partners.
