Pioneering Out-of Home

We noticed that Posterscope have recently launched a new online portal called ‘Pioneering Out-of Home’ which brings together all of Posterscope’s existing online assets such as ‘Don’t Believe the Hype’, ‘OOHwelike’ and ‘Electric Avenue’.

It’s designed we are told to provide users with easy access to Posterscope’s libraries of photos, video’s and opinions.

James Davies told us exclusively “The world is being transformed by technology which in turn is changing how consumers behave, particularly when out of the home. And for the Out-of-Home medium, and the advertisers using it, the proliferation of mobile devices, whether smartphones or tablets, along with the introduction and maturing of technologies such as Near Field Communication (NFC), Augmented Reality, and, for example, the rise of geosocial networking, has opened up a range of opportunities to have a far richer interaction with the consumer, from delivering content, driving search or acting as a point of purchase.”

He added “Posterscope’s online communication ensures that all our customers, and the wider marketing community, are kept up to date on these new innovations and technologies.”
