ADCENTRICITY as many of you will know is in existence to help support a Digital OOH organisation’s sales and growth.
Provision’s expansion plans include an agreement with Long Island Gasoline Retailers Association (LIGRA) to install its 3D holographic displays in up to 800 member stores throughout New York.
Provision also has three-year agreements with several independent Hispanic grocery store chains to install 3DEO Reward Centers in 47 southern California locations.
After these (anticipated) rollouts in 2009, Provision would become the largest 3D digital signage network in the US – the key here of course is whether the 3D bit is attractive or not to brands and media planners.
This is where ADCENTRICITY come in and it will be interesting to see how they sell the network to their advertisers. Obviously the digital coupons will be a bonus but we think the jury is still out on the effectiveness or not of 3D holographic videos.
