Shibuya, Tokyo is famous for lots of things but one of them is its scramble crossing which is located in front of the Shibuya Station which sees hundreds of people cross the road(s) in every direction at once when the lights change.
There are number of large outdoor LEDs around the area (it’s a bit like Piccadilly Circus in London) and of course the obligatory noisy music being pumped out of one of them.
