Interpublic Group Invests In Adstruc

Adrian J Cotterill, Editor-in-Chief

Earlier this week, Interpublic Group announced an investment in ADstruc, a technology platform that aims to automate some of the out-of-home media planning and buying process – and a company that soft launched way back in 2010.

IPG agencies such as Rapport will now have access to ADstruc’s platform.

Michael Roth, chairman and CEO of IPG, stated that the company invested in ADstruc because it believes outdoor advertising is transitioning “to a more digital channel”.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
