Minicom To Announce Spin-Off Business

On Monday 2nd February at ISE, Minicom will announce the creation of a spin-off business focusing purely on Digital Signage. Current Minicom VP Ronni Guggenheim will take the helm of the new company as CEO and will continue we believe to be based in Zurich.
