We note that Michael Ribero, ex-CEO Reactrix Systems, Inc. and ex-Acting CEO IdeaCast (and plenty of other high profile positions) ended up six months ago as CEO LodgeNet Interactive Corporation.

LodgeNet Interactive Corporation was acquired by private equity firm Colony Capital in March (Michael was a consultant to Colony Capital from September 2012 to March 2013).

LodgeNet Interactive Corporation was rebranded SONIFI Solutions on 25 June 2013.
